My publisher tells me each and every day to get busy on social media. I’m on Facebook and Twitter (look for AuthorDaleBrown) and I have a Web site (www.AirBattleForce.com). But they want a minimum of 12 posts per day–basically 1 post every waking hour. Wow. Sounds like a lot, but I’ll work on it.
I’m not sure how I got it, but I received a WordPress post from Wil Wheaton, star of Star Trek: The Next Generation and occasional star on The Big Bang Theory. His post was funny, very long, very very personal–and very very excellent. His post I believe might be the template for an interesting and extremely relevant social post.
So thanks, Wil Wheaton: you got me signed up for WordPress and committed to more social posts and even some blogging, including audio and video blogs.
So if you guys have advice on staying active and relevant on WordPress and social media in general, let me know. I’m new at this. Let’s do this thing. GBA, Dale…

In case you lurkers don’t know: GBA stands for God Bless America. I sign off the exact same way every time. GBA gives us the ability to do stuff like post to blogs like this. Take advantage of the privilege, and do whatever you can to protect it. Copy all??
